Miscellaneous Packages |

I'm not seriously suggesting that you're interested in the packages I have set up. This list is a reminder for me in case something drastic happens to the computer. Feel free to read, but a lot of these pages are more as reminders to me.

To be able to do what I wanted with Sudo, I had to alter the
file /etc/sudoers file to include mj ALL=(ALL) ALL.
This allows me as a normal user to run commands as root. To edit the
file, you should use visudo.
In order to run this program correctly, you should add the user
wanting to start dialup to the dip group. This can
be done by: adduser userid dip. You will also need
to change the provider. Additionally I changed mine so that they
used pon and poff.
